  1. This material was submitted to me on disk directly by the author, Steve
  2. Koren, for inclusion in the library.  Thanks Steve!

  4. Because of it's size, and the general requirement to be familiar with a
  5. command line environment to even use it anyway, I've opted to archive the
  6. entire contents of Steve's distribution disk (except for some files in the
  7. root directory intended only for my consumption) using lharc.  This archive
  8. is the SKsh.lzh archive included here.  To unarchive the files use the
  9. lharc program (included in the :c directory of this disk) at the root
  10. directory of a freshly formatted disk, with a command of the form:

  12.     lharc -x -a -m x SKsh.lzh
  13.  
  14. using suitable paths to the lharc and SKsh.lzh files.
